What do I get after the purchase?
A download link will be displayed a few moments after the purchase, which you can use to download your licence directly.
You will also receive an email from Paddle.com with a link to download the licence file.
Activate your licence after the download either by double-clicking or by dragging the licence file onto the running app in the dock. For the next steps, it is worth taking a look at our help page.
I am an entrepreneur in the EU. Can I enter my VAT ID?
Yes, the international VAT identification number can be entered before selecting the payment method in the purchase dialog. The VAT will then be calculated accordingly.
Are there other ways to obtain the software?
Yes, the app is also available via the Apple AppStore. However, we recommend purchasing it here via our homepage, as this allows us to help you more flexibly in the event of problems.
In special cases, e.g. for larger volumes or if other means of payment such as bank transfer are desired, the purchase can also be processed directly with invoicing from Germany. Please contact us via the support form.
I have misplaced my license, what can I do?
The license download link remains valid indefinitely and should be in your e-mail. If you still have problems, we will be happy to send you the license again. Contact us via support form.
